Guided by her father, Mr. Elangovun V.S., an expert with over 40 years in Civil Engineering has built a solid foundation in the construction industry. Lavanya, with three associates, brings innovation, energy, and creativity to every project. With Mr. Elangovun’s background as a former senior engineer with the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB), the team has successfully completed over 5 million square feet of construction projects.

K. Balasubramanian is the former Chief Engineer of the Rural Department of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. He has overseen the execution of over 9.5 million square feet of housing and civil industrial works, making him a key contributor to BrownBrick’s success.

S. Selva Kumar is an Associate at BrownBrick and the former Chief Engineer of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. He has executed over 10 million square feet of housing, industrial, multistoried, and high-rise projects, enhancing BrownBrick’s capabilities in large-scale construction.
